Introducing Chelsea
Chelsea has been Cosmetology State Board Certified since 2008 and trained in many different areas, including educational classes and assisting at Tony D'S Hairstyling. Recently, she has been brought on by Tony as one of our stylists. She specializes in cutting, coloring, and hilighting. Also enjoys facial waxing, updos, and permanent waves. She has had the great pleasure of being trained in the Brazilian Blowout process as well. Chelsea is very passionate about what she does and loves to make each and every client beam with happiness.
